Design
Taking a unique design approach, the Tuono 457 differs from its larger siblings, the Tuono 660 and Tuono V4. It features a center-set LED headlight flanked by LED DRLs and lacks large fairings. The two available colour options—Piranha Red and Puma Grey—add to its sporty, aggressive look.
Engine & Performance
The 457cc parallel-twin motor, which also powers the RS 457, produces 46.9bhp and 43.5Nm of torque. The engine is mated to a six-speed gearbox with an optional quickshifter.
Key Features
The Tuono 457 is packed with modern features:
- All-LED lighting system
- Ride modes and traction control
- Switchable dual-channel ABS
- Bluetooth-enabled TFT colour display
Suspension & Braking
The Tuono 457 is equipped with preload-adjustable USD forks at the front and a monoshock at the rear. Braking is handled by disc brakes on both ends, mounted on 17-inch wheels, with dual-channel ABS for added safety.
Price & Competition
At Rs. 3.95 lakh, the Tuono 457 is priced higher than its competitors:
- KTM 390 Duke: Rs. 2.95 lakh
- Yamaha MT-03: Rs. 3.50 lakh
Despite its higher price tag, the Tuono 457 offers premium features and an authentic Italian design.
